           Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain

On June 22, 2020, Marc P. Shore notified WestRock Company that he will resign as President, Multi Packaging Solutions, effective August 17, 2020. Patrick M. Kivits will succeed Mr. Shore in the role of President, Multi Packaging Solutions. Mr. Kivits currently serves as Executive Vice President, Multi Packaging Solutions and is responsible for operations in North America. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
