The Company is focused on developing the Toiyabe, Turquoise Canyon, and East Saddle Projects located in the Cortez Hills area of Lander County, Nevada. The Company's Toiyabe Property consists of 165 unpatented mining claims covering approximately 1,340 hectares of land. The Turquoise Canyon Project consists of approximately holds approximately 188 mining claims.
