WH Group Limited Board declared an interim dividend of HKD 0.05 per share for the six months ended June 30, 2020 to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on August 25, 2020. The dividend is to be paid in cash to the shareholders of the Company on or about October 15, 2020.
