Hong Kong, May 17, 2017 - WH Group Limited ("WH Group" or the "Company"; HKEX: 288), the world's largest pork company, has today announced its "2016 Sustainability Report". This is the first time that the Company's environmental, social and governance commitments and achievements have been highlighted. In addition to illustrating WH Group's achievement in corporate social responsibility, the report shows that the Company has entered a phase of growth that is underpinned by a strong commitment to sustainable development.

WH Group's first sustainability report illustrates its long history and track record for behaving in a way that is sustainable and positive for the societies and communities where the company operates. The report introduces the performance of the Company in terms of five areas - environment, food safety and product liability, our people, our community and animal care - and summarizes the results achieved so far.
