White Rock Minerals Limited is an Australia-based minerals exploration and development company. The Company’s segments consist of Mt Carrington, New South Wales, Australia; Woods Point, Victoria, Australia; and Red Mountain, Bonnifield, Alaska, United States of America. The Company’s projects include Woods Point Gold project, Red Mountain silver-zinc VMS and IRGS project and Mt Carrington. The Woods Point Gold project is situated approximately 180 kilometers (kms) north-east of Melbourne, Victoria, and is White Rock’s newest asset. Woods Point contains approximately 660 square kilometers of highly prospective exploration ground. The Red Mountain project is located in central Alaska, approximately 100 kms south of Fairbanks, in the Bonnifield Mining District. The Red Mountain project comprises two deposits at Dry Creek and West Tundra Flats. The Mount Carrington project is located in northern New South Wales and has a JORC Mineral Resource.
