Results of 2020 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2, the company advises the following in respect to resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting dated 15 October 2020 and put to shareholders at the Company's 2020 Annual General Meeting held today. All resolutions were passed by the required majority following a poll conducted at the meeting. The results show a 34.95% vote against the remuneration report and means the Company has recorded its first strike.

In accordance with Section 251AA(1) of the Corporations Act, a schedule of valid proxies received for the meeting is set out in the attached proxy summary.
