Wihlborgs is letting 840 square metres of the iconic Prisma office building, Ursula 1 in Oceanhamnen, to the software company Visma. Occupancy is planned for April 2022 and Prisma will become the workplace of 70 of Visma's employees. 

Visma supplies software that simplifies and digitalises business processes in the private and public sectors. The company is one of Europe's leading software firms and supplies solutions to over 1 million customers in the Nordic region, Benelux, Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America.

Prisma is Wihlborgs' iconic building in the new and growing Oceanhamnen city district located in a prime location in Öresund. Housing, offices, restaurants and stores are being constructed here with a clear focus on the environment and sustainability. Proximity to Helsingborg Central Station and central Helsingborg via a spectacular pedestrian and bicycle bridge make the district attractive for both companies and residents.
