COMPLETION OF MYLOC MANAGEMENT IT AG ACQUISITION

Düsseldorf, September 30, 2020 - Following on from that announced to the market on September 19, 2020, WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "company"), a leading Italian player in the Cloud Computing market of enterprises demanding uninterrupted Hybrid Cloud and Hosted Private Cloud services for critical applications, listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces the completion today of 100% share capital of myLoc Management IT AG ("myLoc") in execution of the contract signed on September 19, 2020. The funds required to settle the transaction were provided by the banking syndicate under the existing loan agreement. The main terms and conditions of the transaction were already outlined in the press release of September 19, 2020, to which reference should be made.

myLoc, a German company provider of cloud and colocation services for businesses and individuals, represents WIIT's first international acquisition, in line with the group's development and growth strategies.
