Wilcon Depot, Inc. at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 24 February 2020, the Board approved the declaration of cash dividends in the amount of PHP 0.12 regular cash dividend per share to be paid on 16 April 2020 to stockholders of record as of 20 March 2020.
