During the Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors of Wilcon Depot, Inc. held on September 21, 2020, Atty. Sheila P. Pasicolan - Camerino was appointed as the new Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Grace A. Tiong, compliance officer due to management reorganization, effective September 21, 2020. Effective date of appointment is on September 22, 2020. Ms. Grace A. Tiong is still the Company's VP - HR.
