As part of the transaction agreement to merge Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA and Wallroll
AB to form Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA, a limited shareholders' agreement was
entered into between Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA and Wallenius Lines AB. The
main terms of the agreement were communicated to the market on 22 December 2016,
including board representation and a right of first refusal if either of the
parties sell below 20%.

As none of the parties to the limited shareholders' agreement have exercised
their option to terminate the agreement from 31 December 2021, the agreement
will automatically be extended for a period of two years, to 31 December 2023.
