As part of the transaction agreement to merge Wilh.Wilhelmsen ASA and Wallroll AB to formWallenius Wilhelmsen ASA , a limited shareholders' agreement was entered into between Wilh.Wilhelmsen Holding ASA and Wallenius Lines AB . The main terms of the agreement were communicated to the market on22 December 2016 , including board representation and a right of first refusal if either of the parties sell below 20%. As none of the parties to the limited shareholders' agreement have exercised their option to terminate the agreement from31 December 2021 , the agreement will automatically be extended for a period of two years, to31 December 2023 .
