Will Group, Inc. Provided its consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022. The company expects revenue to be JPY 130,000 million, operating profit to be JPY 5,000 million, Profit to be to be JPY 3,510 million, profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 2,980 million and basic earnings per share to be JPY 133.52.
WILL GROUP, INC. is engaged in the human resource business focusing on temporary staffing, business contracting and recruitment business. Its Sales Outsourcing segment involves in the hybrid dispatch, general dispatch, and business contracting business, providing staff engaged in products sales, staff management, collection and report of sales information. Its Call Center Outsourcing segment involves in hybrid dispatch and general dispatch business, providing staff engaged in information providing and delivery, after services and claim handling to communication company. Its Factory Outsourcing segment involves in staff dispatch to companies in food, electrical equipment industries, among others. The Nursing Care Support segment provides nursing staff to companies operating nursing care facilities to provide stable operation of nursing care facilities. The Overseas HR segment develops human resources service business. Others segment involves in the general staff dispatch, among others.
