Willis Towers Watson Public : WTW appoints Michael Machin Head of Broking for FINEX North America

NEW YORK, October 20, 2022 - WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Michael Machin as Head of Broking for FINEX North America, Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB).

Machin, in his new role, will lead the FINEX NA broking team at WTW, where he will implement a cohesive strategy across all financial lines of business, which includes coordinating efforts across Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and the Carrier Management businesses within CRB. He will also join the FINEX NA leadership team and partner with the FINEX segment leaders to advance strategic priorities for the business. Based in Massachusetts, Machin will operate with a dual reporting line to Jon Drummond, Head of Broking CRB NA, and Ken Ross, Head of FINEX NA.

Machin joins FINEX NA with a wealth of experience in both broking and underwriting. He has led teams of management liability brokers within the FINEX practice, and prior to WTW, served in senior-level positions at Chubb and Travelers in both underwriting and product development.
