Training The Street, Inc. acquired AMT Financial Training business from Wilmington plc (LSE:WIL) on December 24, 2021. As per the transaction, Training The Street, Inc. acquired AMT Financial Training business for an enterprise valuation of £23.4 million in cash. As on June 30, 2021, AMT Financial Training business generated gross assets of £2.0 million. The proceeds of the sale will be used to reduce Wilmington Group's debt and for general corporate purposes.
