Win Hanverky Holdings Limited announced same store sales results for the fourth quarter and year-to-date ended December 31, 2021. The company provided an update on the same store sales performance regarding the high-end fashion retailing business of the Group for the three months and year-to-date ended 31 December 2021. The same store sales growth rate of the offline stores under the High-end Fashion Retailing Business for the Fourth Quarter 2021 and Year-to-date 2021 were approximately negative ­ 25% and ­ negative 6% respectively, whereas the overall revenue growth rate of the High-end Fashion Retailing Business for the Fourth Quarter 2021 and Year-to-date 2021 were approximately ­ negative 20% and ­ negative 3% respectively.

As the new wave of COVID-19 variants struck a handful of cities in the Mainland China since late July 2021 and continued in the Fourth Quarter 2021, the same store sales growth rate of the offline stores in the Mainland China for the Fourth Quarter 2021 was approximately ­ negative 29%.
