VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

SAME STORE SALES GROWTH

FOR THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2019 AND

THE NINE MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2019

This announcement is published on a voluntary basis by the board of directors (the ''Board'') of Win Hanverky Holdings Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') so as to provide an update on the same store sales performance regarding the high-end fashion retailing business of the Group (''High- end Fashion Retailing Business'') for (1) the three months ended 30 September 2019 (''Third Quarter 2019'') and (2) the nine months ended 30 September 2019 (''Year- to-date 2019'').

Although the same store sales growth rate of the offline stores under the High-end Fashion Retailing Business for the Third Quarter 2019 and Year-to-date 2019 were approximately - 15% and - 11% respectively (see below table), the overall revenue growth rate of the High-end Fashion Retailing Business for the corresponding periods achieved approximately +28% and +43% respectively. Such growth was mainly attributed to the strong performance of the new stores in Mainland China. Most of the new stores were opened starting from the second half of 2018 which did not have full month operations in the comparable periods and therefore not included in the same store sales growth rate.
