SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROFIT WARNING

Reference is made to the announcement of Windmill Group Limited (the "Company") dated 13 July 2020 in relation to profit warning (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement. As stated in the Announcement, the Board of Directors wishes to inform the Shareholders and the potential investors that, based on a preliminary assessment of the information currently available to the Board, including the latest unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group, the Group is expected to record a net loss approximately HK$12 million attributable to owners of the Company for the year ended 30 April 2020 whereas the audited consolidated net profit recorded in the last corresponding period was HK$19.1 million.
