Windward Ltd - Liverpool, England-based maritime predictive intelligence company - Expects to report revenue growth in 2022 of 23% to about USD21.3 million from USD17.3 million the year earlier. Expects loss before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of about USD12.2 million, widened from USD8.6 million, reflecting "investment in headcount to support research & development costs and sales and marketing." Annual contract value as at December 31 increases by 20% to USD25.5 million, driven by new customer wins.

IQGeo Group PLC - Cardiff, Wales-based semiconductor wafer products - Anticipates 2022 revenue to be not less than GBP26 million, up from GBP13.8 million a year earlier, representing strong growth of 88%. Expects results to be ahead of expectations. Expects adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of not less than GBP1.8 million, compared to a loss of GBP800,000 a year earlier.

Franchise Brands PLC - Manchester-based owner of ChipsAway, Willow Pumps and Metro Rod brands - Expects 2022 revenue to be ahead of current consensus market expectations. Says trading in the second half of the year remained strong in the B2B division. Executive Chairman Stephen Hemsley says: "Following the successful integration of Filta, our B2B businesses offer a significant opportunity to capture an increasing share of their large, fragmented markets where scale and our ability to serve customers through our one-stop range of services is becoming more of a competitive advantage."

Likewise Group PLC - Birmingham-based domestic and commercial floor coverings distributor - Sales revenue for 2022 increases to GBP124.4 million. Like-for-like sales have improved by 27% in the fourth quarter. Says on target to achieve the current market expectations and is confident in reaching its medium term objectives. Says it has made "significant progress in the last two years through investment in the infrastructure with new operations being established in Leeds, Newcastle, Birmingham and Newbury."
