Wingtech Communication Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 510,546,624 in equity funding from returning investor, Wingtech Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600745) on April 15, 2018. On closing, the registered capital of the company will be CNY 730,000,000. On closing, the investor will retain its 100% stake in the company. The transaction was approved at the 25th meeting of the 9th directorate of the investor. The company reported total assets of CNY 6,820,000,000, total common equity of CNY 1,634,000,000, operational income CNY16,080,000,000, and net profit of CNY 518,000,000 for the year ended 2017.
