Wirecard AG (XTRA:WDI) is expected to reach a deal for the sale of its core operations in November, 2020 insolvency administrator Michael Jaffe said in a letter to employees seen by newspaper Sueddeutsche Zeitung. The due diligence process carried out by the two interested investors is in an advanced stage, Jaffe said without disclosing the names of the suitors. The two potential buyers are said to be Banco Santander, S.A. (BME:SAN) and Lycamobile UK Limited, according to the report.
