The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. ('Company'), informs that on 14 January 2021, the Management Board of the Company concluded with Santander Bank Polska S.A. - Santander Biuro Maklerskie w Warszawie an agreement to act as the issuer's share market maker for the Company's shares listed on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ('WSE') Pursuant to the agreement, the market maker will commence on February 1, 2021, provided that the WSE Management Board does not raise objections within 2 weeks of receipt of the copy of the agreement. The contract was concluded for an indefinite period, and the parties to the contract have the right to terminate it with a one-month notice period.
