Results of 2024 Annual General Meeting

WiseTech Global reports that the items of business contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were each passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.

No resolutions were amended or withdrawn. All items of business were decided on a poll. The full text of each resolution is contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 10 October 2024. In accordance with s251AA of the Corporations Act 2001, details of the proxies received and votes cast are set out in the attached Result of Annual General Meeting (ASX Report).
