A total of 3,716,679 new shares have been issued from the estimated 4,131,879 potential new shares disclosed in the Appendix 3B on 28 May 2020 (based on the current price at that time).

Further shares are expected to be issued on achievement of earnout milestones to the end of 2023.

The number of new shares will be determined using the payment value of each earnout milestone divided by the market price of WiseTech shares on or around the time of each share issue.
