Wisr Limited (ASX: WZR) - Notification under sections 708A(5)(e) and 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Wisr Limited (Company) gives this notice in accordance with sections 708A(5)(e) and 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act).

Today, the Company issued 1,038,303 new fully paid ordinary shares (Shares), pursuant to the exercise of options and in accordance with the terms of a services contract.

The Shares were issued without a Product Disclosure Statement for the issue being prepared under Part

7.9 of the Corporations Act, and without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. As a disclosing entity, the Company is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations.

As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

• the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
• section 674 of the Corporations Act as it applies to the Company.

As at the date of this notice, there is no "excluded information" of the type referred to in sections 708A(7), 1012DA(7) and 1012DA(8) of the Corporations Act.
