Resignation and Appointment of Auditor

Sydney, 25 September 2020 - Wisr Limited (ASX: WZR) (ACN 004 661 205) ("Wisr", or the "Company") advise that in accordance with subsection 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 and having received the consent of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, BDO East Coast Partnership has resigned as Auditor of the Company.

Pursuant to s329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 and in accordance with Regulatory Guide section RG26.59-26.61 issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the resignation takes effect from the date of this notice.

The change of Auditor was a result of a change in audit firm from BDO East Coast Partnership to BDO Audit Pty Ltd.

The Company has received a consent to act and the Directors appointed BDO Audit (NSW) Pty Ltd, as the incoming Auditor.

This announcement has been approved in accordance with the Company's Continuous Disclosure Policy and authorised for release by the Board of Directors.
