DISPOSAL OF RELEVANT OWNERSHIP INTEREST

WIZ SOLUÇÕES E CORRETAGEM DE SEGUROS S.A. (B3:WIZS3) ("Company" or "WIZin compliance with the provisions of CVM Instruction No. 358/2002, hereby informs that it received a correspondence from Itaú Unibanco S.A. ("Correspondence") informing that on December 24th, 2020 the sum of shares and other securities and derivative financial instruments based on the Company's shares ("Common Shares") held by the set of investment funds managed by such bank in the scope of its asset management activity, reached 4,271% of the Company's capital stock, totaling 6.830.137 Common Shares, which means a reduction of relevant shareholding pursuant to art. 12 of CVM Instruction No. 358/2002. Itaú Unibanco S.A. also informed that such reduction of ownership interest does not aim to change neither the controlling interest nor the management structure of the Company. The aforementioned Correspondence is attached to this notice.
