Morrisons has announced a new click & collect ordering service in its cafes, offering customers a contactless way to order and pay for items from its menu via their own mobile device. While Morrisons cafes are currently closed, customers can still enjoy delicious meals such as our famous Big Breakfast, kids meals or pizzas by ordering the food to takeaway. Now, the service has been made even easier to use as customers simply need to visit Morrisons.com/cafe or scan the QR code in the cafe itself. Customers then:
  • Select their store
  • Choose the items they want from the menu
  • Pay with their card or via Apple Pay
  • Pick up their order.
All items on the menu are prepared by hand and packaged in cardboard takeaway boxes. Jordan McLean, Morrisons Director of Technology said: "We know how popular our cafes are with our customers and so in this current climate we're really pleased to be able to offer them this extra reassurance. We're continuing to invest in our digital offer and our customers will be able to see some other exciting improvements in our cafes in the coming weeks". Should customers prefer to pay via the phone, that option is still available by calling 0330 808 9733. In addition, customers looking to really treat themselves can order an afternoon Tea from our cafe through our Doorstep Delivery service. The service is available to anyone elderly, vulnerable, shielding or self isolating and the meal costs £5 to serve one person or £10 to serve two. Customers looking to place an order should simply call 0345 611 6111 and select option 5 to place your order.

The service is available from all of Morrisons 407 cafes.
