Wonik QnC Corporation (KOSDAQ:A074600) agreed to acquire Nanowin Co., Ltd. from Nanowin Holdings Co., Ltd.for KRW 24 billion on March 6, 2018. Under the terms of transaction, Wonik QnC Corporation will acquire 0.25 million shares at KRW 24 billion; and will pay KRW 23 billion on March 6, 2018 and remaining KRW 1 billion upon confirmation of execution of contract terms. The transaction has been resolved by Board of Wonik QnC Corporation. The transaction is expected to be completed by March 6, 2018. Jung Hyeon Accounting Corporation acted as external rating institution in the transaction.

Wonik QnC Corp is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of quartz and ceramic products for semiconductors. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Guartz segment engages in the manufacture of quartz, including tube series, boat series, caps, wafer baths and etch parts. The Ceramic segment provides ceramic products, which are used for semiconductors, automobiles, electronics, light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and other industries. The Lamp segment provides lamps, such as excimer lamps. The Cleaning segment manufactures and sells precision parts used in the semiconductor cleaning business. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
