Charter Hall Retail Real Estate Investment Trust agreed to acquire Butler Central Shopping Centre in Butler from Woolworths Group Limited for AUD 51.2 million.

Charter Hall Retail Real Estate Investment Trust (ASX:CQR) agreed to acquire Butler Central Shopping Centre in Butler from Woolworths Group Limited (ASX:WOW) for AUD 51.2 million on June 16, 2021. The transaction will be funded using Charter Hall Retail Real Estate Investment Trust's existing debt facilities and is expected to complete in July 2021.
