NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (the 'Act') and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised
that the Company has received formal notification that clients of Coronation Asset
Management Proprietary Limited ('Coronation') have acquired, in aggregate, an interest in
the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company held by Coronation´s clients amounted to 5.07% of the total issued ordinary shares
of the Company on the date of formal notification.
The requisite notice in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act has been filed with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
WHL confirms that the information contained in this announcement accurately reflects the
information contained in the TRP 121.1 form received by WHL from Coronation and does not
omit anything likely to affect the importance of such information.
