APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Board of Workspace Group PLC ('Workspace' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of David Benson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). David will join the Board of the Company and become a member of the Executive Committee. His appointment will become effective as of 1 April 2020.

David is currently Corporate Finance Director of Whitbread plc. He previously held senior finance roles at Kier Group PLC and Keller Group PLC. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte.

Commenting on the appointment, Graham Clemett, CEO of Workspace, said: 'We are delighted that David will be joining Workspace as CFO. David combines a strong commercial focus with broad finance skills and a wealth of experience that will help support our ambitions as we continue to build on our leading market position.'

David Benson said, 'I am pleased to be joining Workspace at this exciting time. Workspace is one of the leading providers of flexible space in London with a distinctive customer-focused offering. I look forward to being part of the next stage of the Company's growth and success.'
