An investment group led by Richard Goldstein acquired remaining 50% stake in Cobra Ventures Inc. from World Class Extractions Inc. (CNSX:PUMP) for CAD 2.5 million on January 20, 2021. World Class sold its 50% interest in Cobra Ventures, which sale included all funds previously advanced by World Class to Cobra, to the remaining shareholder of Cobra, for CAD 2.5 million in cash. Post-acquisition, an investment group led by Richard Goldstein hold 100% control of Cobra, and its senior secured debenture of Hydrx Farms Ltd. World-Class will have no ongoing role or interest in Cobra or Hydrx. Rosy Mondin, Chief Executive Officer of World-Class, has also resigned as a director and officer of Hydrx and Leo Chamberland, President of World-Class, has resigned as a director and officer of Cobra.
