Wow Factor Public Company Limited ( the "Company" ) hereby announces the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2022, held on 11 August 2022, which approved the election of Mr. Supreedee Nimitkul to be a director and independent director in replacement of Mr. Kusol Sangkananta who resigned from the position, with effective from 11 August 2022 onwards. The term of office shall be equal to the remaining term of the resigned director (2 years and 4 months).
