Wuling Motors Holdings Limited Announces Passing Away of Lee Shing, Vice Chairman, Executive Director, Member of Nomination Committee and ESG Committee

The board of directors of Wuling Motors Holdings Limited announced that Lee Shing, vice chairman of the Board and executive director of the Company, passed away peacefully due to his sickness on 23 January 2022. Lee had served the Company for over 15 years. Lee was also member of the nomination committee and the ESG committee of the Company.
