Wuling Motors Holdings Limited at its AGM held on June 12, 2025 approved final dividend of 0.5 HK cent per Share for the year ended 31 December 2024. As stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 29 April 2025, the register of members of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, 24 June 2025 to Friday, 27 June 2025 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of determining the Shareholders' entitlement to the Final Dividend and during which period no transfer of the Shares will be effected. In order to qualify for the Final Dividend, all completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates of the Company must be lodged with the Company's branch share registrar, Tricor Investors Services Limited, at 17/F., Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, not later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 23 June 2025.
