Wuxi Dianji Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 200,000,000 in equity round of funding from existing investor Wuxi NCE Power Co., Ltd. (SHSE:605111) on July 31, 2020. The investor will retain 100% stakes in the company and registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 120,000,000 to CNY 320,000,000 upon closing. The transaction has been approved by 9th meeting of the 3rd directorate of the investor.
Wuxi Nce Power Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research, development, design and sales of metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET), insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) and other semiconductor chips and power devices. The Company's products include chips and power devices. Its products are used in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial electronics, new energy vehicles, charging piles, smart equipment manufacturing, Internet of things and photovoltaic new energy. The Company conducts its businesses within the China market and to overseas markets.
