Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2021

The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces dates of publication of periodic reports in 2021:

1. Consolidated Quarterly Reports:
2. • for Q1 2021 - 7 May 2021
   • for Q3 2021 - 9 November 2021

II. Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2020 - 10 March 2021

III. Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for H1 2021 - 21 August 2021

The Company also announces that:

• pursuant to § 79 sect. 2 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information […] (the "Regulation") the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2020 nor a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2021;
• pursuant to § 62 sect. 1 of the Regulation the Company's consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 2021 will contain separate quarterly financial information and the Company will not publish it separately;
• pursuant to § 62 sect. 3 of the Regulation the Company will not publish separate semi-annual report therefore its consolidated semi-annual report will also contain separate semi-annual condensed financial statements with auditor's report and condensed additional information.
