The New York-based company said it had a loss of 4 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.

The brand management company posted revenue of $9.5 million in the period.

In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, the company's shares hit 79 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $1.28.
