Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced total revenue was USD 75.647 million compared to USD 282.185 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 46.884 million compared to operating Income of USD 23.546 million a year ago. Net income was USD 24.277 million compared to USD 15.610 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.22 compared to USD 0.14 a year ago.
