Shenzhen Xinguodu Technology Co. Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire Miaxis Biometrics from a group of sellers including Shanghai Yuexin Investment Development Center (Limited Partnership) for approximately CNY 250 million.

Shenzhen Xinguodu Technology Co. Ltd. (SZSE:300130) signed an agreement to acquire Miaxis Biometrics from a group of sellers including Shanghai Yuexin Investment Development Center (Limited Partnership) for approximately CNY 250 million on May 14, 2015. Miaxis Biometrics had total assets of CNY 100.77 million, net assets of CNY 62.98 million, revenues of CNY 103.16 million and net income of CNY 7.13 million for the year ended December 31, 2014.

The transaction was approved by Board of Shenzhen Xinguodu Technology. The transaction was approved by shareholders of Shenzhen Xinguodu Technology on May 29, 2015.
