Jiangsu Xingyida Construction Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a stake in Bank Of Xian Co., Ltd. from Xian Kaiyuan Investment Group Company Limited (SZSE:000516) for CNY 32 million on July 28, 2011. Jiangsu Xingyida Construction Co., Ltd. will acquire 13.33 million shares. The deal was approved from the Directorate of Xian Kaiyuan Investment Group Company Limited.
