Xi'an Shaangu Power Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire remaining 27% stake in EKOL spol s r.o. from Stanislav Veselý, Gustav Poslušný and Jaromír Kríž for CZK 28 million.

Xi'an Shaangu Power Co., Ltd. (SHSE:601369) agreed to acquire remaining 25% stake in EKOL spol s r.o. from Stanislav Veselý, Gustav Poslušný and Jaromír Kríž for CZK 280 million on December 14, 2021. The consideration will be paid in cash for the underlying equity.
