SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE

PROFIT WARNING ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Xiabuxiabu Catering Management (China) Holdings Co., Ltd. (the "Company") dated 4 March 2020 in relation to the estimated significant decrease in its net profit attributable to owners of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Announcement").

The Company would like to supplement certain information contained in the Announcement as follow:

The Company's net profit attributable to owners of the Company is estimated to decrease by approximately 28-38%.

Save as disclosed above, all other information in the Announcement shall remain unchanged.
