III. EXPLANATION OF MAIN REASONS FOR THE CHANGE IN RESULTS

During the reporting period, the Company's net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies increased significantly compared with the same period of last year, which was mainly due to the effective control on the domestic epidemic, the significant increase of the Company's bulk cargo throughput compared with the same period of last year, the further improvement of the quality and efficiency of port value-added services, such as tugboats, agencies, etc. and neighboring port logistics businesses, as well as the profit growth resulted from the faster revenue growth of the trading business combined with port and trade.

1. This results preannouncement resulted from the preliminary calculations made by the financial department of the Company, the detailed financial data will be disclosed in the 2021 first quarterly report of the Company.
