Xiamen Intretech Inc. (SZSE:002925) signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire 51% stake in Shenzhen Bofa Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. from Ningde Ruijie Electromechanical Systems Engineering Co., Ltd., Sheng Zhengang, Zhan Jinyun, Niu Ben and Lin Jianwei for CNY 3.2 million on September 7, 2018. 50% of the transactional price will be paid within 30 days since signing of the relevant agreement. Another installment for 50% of the transactional price will be paid within 30 days since completion of change of registry procedures. Under the transaction, Ningde Ruijie will sale 15.3% stake for CNY 0.95 million, Sheng Zhengang and Zhan Jinyun will sale 9.18% stake for CNY 0.58 million respectively, Niu Ben and Lin Jianwei will sale 8.67% stake for CNY 0.54 million respectively. During the financial year ended December 2017, Shenzhen Bofa Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 6.2 million, owners’ equity of CNY 3.1 million, revenue of CNY 9.14 million and net loss of CNY 1.1 million.
