On May 16, 2019, Xiamen Jihong Package Technology Ltd. (SZSE:002803) closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from Ganzhou Development Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. for 21,702,755 shares, Hubei Gaotou Production Control Investment Co., Ltd. for 3,690,944 shares. The issue price of the share is CNY 20.32. The lock up period will be 12 month from the issue date.
