Xiamen Meiya Pico Information Security Institute Co., Ltd. announced that it expects to receive CNY 190 million in funding from Xiamen Meiya Pico Information Co.,LTD.

Xiamen Meiya Pico Information Security Institute Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 190,000,000 on January 10, 2022. The transaction will involve participation from existing investor, Xiamen Meiya Pico Information Co.,LTD. Post-closing of the transaction, the investor will retain its 100% stake in the company. Post-closing of the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 10,000,000 to CNY 200,000,000.

The transaction has been approved at the fifth meeting of the fifth board of directors of the investor.
