XIANGCAI SECURITIES CO., LTD. announced that it will issue common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 1,223,204,099.66 on July 9, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Xiangcai Co., Ltd. to hold 99.75% stake in the company. The registered capital of the company before the transaction is CNY 40,189,917,91, and the share capital of the company is 4,018,991,791 shares. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of the company will be CNY 4,590,582,492, and the share capital will be 4,590,582,492 shares. The transaction has been approved at the 8th meeting of the 9th board of directors and the 11th meeting of the 9th board of directors, the 14th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors, and the 2020 5th Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the investor.
XIANGCAI CO., LTD, formerly Harbin High-Tech (Group) Co., Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in the real estate business. The Company is also involved in soybean deep processing, pharmaceutical production and waterproofing membrane manufacturing and sales businesses. Its real estate business is engaged in residential and industrial real estates development business, as well as property management business. Its soybean deep processing business provides soybean protein isolate, soybean tissue protein and soybean nutritious food.
