(b) On April 12, 2021, Sumeet Gagneja notified Xilinx, Inc. (the "Company") of his resignation as Corporate Vice President, Corporate Controller and principal accounting officer of the Company. Mr. Gagneja is expected to remain with the Company through May 7, 2021. Mr. Gagneja's departure is not due to a dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company's auditors. Unless and until determined otherwise, Brice Hill, Chief Financial Officer, will perform the functions of principal accounting officer following Mr. Gagneja's departure.

The Company's programmable devices and associated technologies include integrated circuits (ICs) in the form of programmable logic devices (PLDs), including programmable System on Chips (SoCs), three-dimensional ICs (3D ICs) and Adaptive Compute Acceleration Platform (ACAP): an integrated multi-core heterogeneous compute platform; software design tools to program the PLDs; software development environments and embedded platforms; targeted reference designs; printed circuit boards; and intellectual property (IP), which consists of Xilinx and various third-party verification and IP cores. The Company provides design services, customer training, field engineering and technical support.
