The Board of Xin Point Holdings Limited recommended the payment of a final dividend of RMB 0.1072 per ordinary share for the year ended December 31, 2020. Subject to the approval of the proposed final dividend by the shareholders at the Company’s 2021 AGM, the proposed final dividend is expected to be paid on or about 5 July 2021 to the shareholders whose names are listed on the register of members of the Company on 10 June 2021.
